A message from Founder Alec Bradford of Herd Provisions & Leaping Waters Farm:
“We received the still unbelievable news that Brittany Robinson, former Leaping Waters Farm manager and owner of Four Winds Farm in Boone, was tragically killed in Hurricane Helene trying to assist her family to get to safety. She was a dear friend of Herd Provisions, an incredibly talented woman and positive spirit. We will be dedicating our Fifth Anniversary Celebration on Monday, October 14 to her memory and using a portion of the proceeds to benefit the thousands of people suffering in the storm’s aftermath. Please come and join us. We will be doing our best to celebrate life in the face of this monumental catastrophe that will affect the lives of so many of our friends and families in the coming months and years.”
