Charleston has been buzzing with World Cup fever, so you can expect quite the scene throughout the area tomorrow afternoon as the USA takes on Germany.
With a 12 pm start time, many bars and restaurants are opening as early as 9 am. It only makes sense then that the peninsula’s Glazed Gourmet Doughnuts would team up with an area bar to help wake up American fans.
The downtown bakery has created a Team USA doughnut that will only be available at The Alley tomorrow starting at 9 am. The vanilla bean creme filled doughnut has red and white stripped frosting and is topped with a blue star cookie. Only 200 of these treats will be available for $2 each.
