The Glass Onion is now offering “Humpday Hamburgers,” a weekly special available for dinner on Wednesdays.
After receiving several requests for the burger, Chef Chris Stewart decided to start offering it weekly. The burger will periodically change depending on products available. The standard Humpday Hamburger is $12 and includes:
- EVO brioche bun
- Local grass fed burger
- Three 3 oz. patties with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Dukes
- Dill pickle
- French fries
You can add cheese, mushrooms, or Benton bacon for $1 each or loaded for $2.
