Southern Living has chosen the pickled shrimp at Edmund’s Oast as the South’s Best Bar Food of 2015. The dish was the only selection from Charleston.
The magazine says the pickled shrimp is “the perfect complement to the menu’s many craft beers.” The dish includes poached shrimp, fennel, onion, celery and rye bread from EVO Bakery.
Holy City Sinner has had the dish a few times (most recently on Monday) and HIGHLY recommends it! The picture I took of it (right) does not do it justice.
