On Saturday, February 14th, the Morrison Drive hotspot and Chef Andy Henderson will offer a unique menu that includes:
- Grilled duck heart skewer
- Beef heart tartare
- Rutabaga chips
- Herb salad
- Duck tongue salad
- Braised beef tongue and more
