Edison James Island is offering a Thanksgiving pick-up menu with 22 dishes to choose from – appetizers, soups, veggies, starches, fresh breads, and sauces to finish. They have everything but the turkey.
“Our hope is to make Thanksgiving a little easier for our customers, so they can still enjoy a nostalgic homemade meal, without the stress of cooking,” Chelsea Lucas, manager of Edison, said.
The menu features holiday classics, with an Edison twist, including an autumn blend of Brussels, butternut squash and pancetta, brown sugar roasted rainbow carrots, creamy sweet potato and chipotle bisque, buttery brioche and cornbread stuffings, smoked bacon haricot verts, gouda mac, candied yams with pecan streusel, sweet cranberry sauce, and roasted turkey gravy.
Customer should place their orders by Sunday, November 24th, and pickup at the restaurant on Wednesday, November 27th from 4 pm to 9 pm or on Thanksgiving Day, November 28th from 9 am – 12 pm.
