Victor’s Seafood & Steak, a Holy City Hospitality Restaurant, is partnering with Spiritless Cocktails to host a 5-course dinner on January 24th. In celebration of Dry January, this dinner will feature 5 courses, paired with four alcohol-free cocktails from Spiritless.
David Smalls, the Chef de Cuisine of Victor’s will work with 39 Rue de Jean’s Executive Chef, Marcus Shell, to create a menu designed to show off seasonal ingredients. Meanwhile, the team's bar manager will create Spiritless cocktails to pair with each course.
Representatives from Spiritless will be on site to answer any product questions, and offer suggestions to those hoping to maintain or experiment with a “dry" or “damp” lifestyle.
The dinner begins at 6 pm, with the first course served at 6:30 pm. Tickets are available now for $75, including, tax, gratuity, and special souvenirs from Spiritless. All attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets are subject to ticket processing fees.
Menu highlights include:
- Lamb Carpaccio - Pickled Radish, Charred Shallot Puree, Crispy Leeks and Spiritless Old Fashioned and Shishito Pepper Reduction.
- Lion's Mane "Steak Au Poivre" - Braised Cipollini Onions and a Green Peppercorn/Kentucky 74 Spiced Au Poivre Sauce
- Jalisco Poached Shrimp Crostini - Blistered Cherry Tomato, Shallot and Avocado Mascarpone Cream
- Braised Beef Back Rib - Garlic Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Carrots and Kentucky 74 Steakhouse BBQ Sauce
- Bourbon Pecan Pie
