Dashi, located near Park Circle, is partnering with Jimmie Wilbourn of Living in Motion to host a series of Tai Chi classes on their patio the second Saturday of every month starting at 10 am.
Tai Chi provides stress benefits for all ages due to its gentle and fluid movements, and allows participants to connect with their mind, body, and soul. Jimmie's first class will be this Saturday, October 9th. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by scanning the PayPal QR code HERE or by heading to THIS link.
Brunch service begins at 11 am and guests are encouraged to cool down with a Mimosa or Build-Your-Own-Bloody Mary, along with dishes like Duck Fried Rice, Breakfast Tacos, and Duck Hash.
