Credit: Cook It Raw
The Cook It Raw Community, a large contingent of chefs from across the world, will host their first ever public event at Bowens Island on Saturday, October 26th at 12 pm.
The event, dubbed BBQ Perspectives, will feature Charleston chefs Sean Brock, Jeremiah Bacon, Craig Deihl, Mike Lata, Ken Vedrinski, BBQ Pitmaster Rodney Scott, and over 40 other local and internationally acclaimed chefs cooking up their interpretation of Lowcountry BBQ.
Tickets are $100 and includes all food and beverages. $5 from each ticket will go to Grow Food Carolina. For more information and to see the massive lists of chefs, click here.
