Wine aficionados are in for quite the treat this September as the Charleston Grill will launch Top Flight Tuesdays.
Every Tuesday through December, guests can enjoy a selection of three to five generous pours of some of the world's most coveted wines. The selections will change monthly , varying from tastings of world-class pinot noirs to fine Champagnes.
Tastings can be enjoyed in the lounge with live jazz music or with dinner in the restaurant. Regardless, the cost is $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
September’s offerings will be world-class Pinot Noir comparisons featuring:
- Felton Road Pinot Noir “Bannockburn” Central Otago 2013
- Radio Coteau Pinot Noir “Alberigi” Russian River Valley 2013
- Eyrie Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 1998
- Denis Mortet Gevrey-Chamberline “Vielles Vignes” 2006
October's Que Syrah Syrah series will explore the similarities and differences between Syrah grapes from France, California's North Coast, South Africa, and Australia.
November's series will feature the wines of Bordeau, while December will include four festive Champagne.
