The Charleston Grill at The Charleston Place announced the return of Vegstock, their special, six-course vegetarian tasting menu featuring local produce. From August 21st to 25th, Charleston Grill’s nightly menu will be inspired by the Lowcountry's abundant summer harvest and the remarkable work of our local farmers.
Highlights include tender roasted eggplant with a steak au Poivre twist, fluffy cornmeal gnocchi paired with smoky corn crema and shaved summer squash, and a stuffed onion served with earthy pickled romesco aioli.
