Cane Pazzo a restaurant that will serve "classic Italian flavors by way of Lowcountry ingredients," is planning to open in Hanahan during the spring of 2025. It will be located at 1276 Yeamans Hall Road.
The restaurant will be led by Chef/Owner Mark Bolchoz, Jr., whose family has deep roots in Charleston, including his grandfather who opened and operated a business in Hanahan for over 30 years. Cane Pazzo will have a wood-fired oven, small plates, handmade pastas, and large format entrees that are intended for the table to share. Complementing the cuisine is an extensive list of old world and natural wines served in classic bistro glasses.
The space will feature exposed brick walls, terrazzo flooring, archways, and sourced and repurposed furnishings. Through a dutch door, which also doubles as a wine window, an outdoor patio offers picnic seating for a lighter menu of bites and drinks, as well as a setting for events, popups, and other programming.
Slated for spring 2025, Cane Pazzo will be open six nights a week for dinner and drinks.
