O n Saturday , April 1st, The Brick, along with Tito's Handmade Vodka and Fireball, will host their 4th anniversary Fire Party to raise money for the MUSC Children's Hospital's Burned Children's Fund. The party starts at 8 pm.
Four years ago, The Brick and three other bars (Squeeze, Speakeasy, and Light) all burned down in a large fire. It didn’t take the Charleston community long to rally around the businesses and raise money for (and offer jobs to) the newly out-of-work employees. Now that they have re-opened, The Brick can finally say “thank you” and return the community’s kindness.
During the party, guests can enjoy $5 Tito's Handmade Vodka cocktails and $5 Fireball shots while listening to live music from Dan’s Tramp Stamp and the Monday Bags. Food will be served until 1 am .
The event is free to attend. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the MUSC Children's Hospital Burned Children's Fund. You can learn about the fund by clicking here.
If you are unable to attend the event, but still wanted to help out, you can donate at: https://www.youcaring.com/
The Brick is located at 24 Ann Street.
