On Wednesday, October 14th, Aya Cookhouse will host DimSumPalooza, a five-course, small plate dinner featuring plenty of champagne. The event starts at 6:30 pm. For the dinner, the restaurant is teaming up with winemaker Tom Tiburzi, who oversees Domaine Chandon in California. He will be bring many bottles of champagne with him, including Chandon Etoile, a collaboration with Richard Geoffroy of Dom Perignon. The menu includes:
- Togarashi Peanuts with Chandon Delice Spritzer
- Head-On Szechuan Shrimps
- Korean Fried Chicken Steam Buns
- Moo Shu Smoked Pulled Pork Shoulder- all spice, peppercorn, anise, ginger, Cantonese barbecue sauce, smoked plum miso sauce
- Foie Gras and Unagi Nigiri
- Pear Ginger Sorbet
