The Celt Charleston, a new Irish-owned and operated pub and music venue, officially opened its doors on Tuesday, April 23rd. Located in Mt. Pleasant's Brickyard neighborhood and conceived by Irish bluegrass musician Danny Burns, the pub will provide authentic Irish fare and a full bar seven nights a week.
Featuring two stages, the Celt will often offer live music with a focus on local and touring Irish, bluegrass, and Americana acts.
Burns and his wife Áine are no strangers to pub management as they have run multiple pubs in their native Ireland.
The Celt is located at 2700 N. Highway 17, in Mt. Pleasant. For more info, you can follow them on Instagram at @theceltcharleston.
