Art to the Rescue
Join us for an afternoon of arts and crafts in support of H.O.P.E. Acres Rescue!
We're holding a silent auction at the Lowcountry Public House in Summerville on Septermber 14, 1-4 PM. Local artists have donated pieces in various mediums for auction, with proceeds benefiting the horses and donkeys of H.O.P.E.
Award-winning wildlife artist Sue Selvey will be onsite painting a portrait of one of our rescued horses during the event. The finished artwork will be raffled.
Enjoy the art, learn about the rescue, and get a bite to eat while you're there!
About H.O.P.E. Acres Rescue:
We are a completely volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Berkeley County, SC that rescues, rehabilitates, and provides sanctuary for neglected and abused equines from across the state. We believe that all horses and donkeys deserve peaceful lives free from fear and neglect. All proceeds from Art to the Rescue will be used to care for animals that come to us sick, starving, and in need of a good home. Thank you for joining us in our mission as we give these beautiful animals a second chance at a happy life!
