Charleston County Parks' popular Starlight Yoga series returns for three more dates this fall. The next program in the series will be on Thursday, September 14th, from 7:30 – 8:30 pm at the Mount Pleasant Pier.
This flowing yoga class is inclusive and open to all abilities and fitness levels. Participants will also receive a special glow-in-the-dark prize.
Remaining dates in this year's Starlight Yoga series are:
- September 14th, 7:30 pm at the Mount Pleasant Pier
- October 12th, 6:30 pm at Wannamaker County Park
- November 6th, 6:30 pm at James Island County Park
This year's Starlight Yoga series will be hosted by Kelly-Jean. Kelly-Jean is a certified Rolfer who has been teaching yoga and contemplative movement for almost two decades. From 2012 until 2020 she taught weekly classes, led teacher trainings, and maintained a private Rolfing practice at her brick and mortar studio, Mission Yoga. During that period, she also founded Sarayana Yoga, a system of Hatha Yoga that Synthesizes TCM, Taoism, and Rolfing concepts.
Online registration for Starlight Yoga is available now for $10 per person per session. On-site registration will be $12 per person if space is available.
