As part of the CMC3 – Coffee, Conversation, Connect to Care series, the public is invited to connect with Colleton Medical Center's Executive Chef Claire Womack and Clinical Nutrition Manager Donna Brown for coffee and conversation on eating a healthy sustainable diet. The event will be held in the private dining room at the medical center starting at 9:30 am.
The topics of discussion will include maintaining a healthy diet to help manage blood pressure, cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes, as well as ways to use healthier ingredients without losing flavor.
