Charleston County Parks will host their Summer Solstice Yoga Fest in the meadow at James Island County Park on Thursday, June 16th from 6 pm to 8 pm.
The yoga program will be hosted by Caroline Nash and a team of local instructors, and is open to all fitness levels and abilities. All ages are welcome, and a kids yoga program will also be offered. Plus, local Reggae band Mystic Vibrations will be on site to perform relaxing reggae melodies. The event will begin at 6 pm and the yoga program starts at 6:30 pm.
Admission is $35 for ages 13 and up and includes the yoga class, one beer (for ages 21 and up), one kids' food item, and a t-shirt for registrations received prior to May 12th. Food will be available for an additional fee at the event.
Pre-registration ends Thursday, June 16th at 12 pm. Space permitting, on-site registration will be available for an increased fee of $40. Early registration is recommended as the event is expected to sell out. Kids under 12 are free and not required to register. A registered and paid chaperone is required for participants under 15. No pets are allowed.
The rain date for the Yoga Fest is Thursday, June 23rd.

- Sunrise Yoga at the Mount Pleasant Pier Aug. 27th
