The inaugural High Water Festival, curated by the Holy City-based folk duo Shovels & Rope, is almost here! Although the main concert experience is sold out, you can still buy tickets for the festival kick-off party on Friday, April 21st. The Low Tide Social, an “evening of supper and song,” starts at 6 pm in North Charleston’s Riverfront Park.
The event includes a Lowcountry boil and live music from Americana legend Lucinda Williams, folk-rock troubadour Langhorne Slim, and South Carolina's own Ranky Tanky.
Three-time Grammy Award winner Lucinda Williams is touring in support of her album The Ghosts Of Highway 20, which has been praised by Vogue, SPIN, NPR, Billboard, Entertainment Weekly, Garden & Gun and more.
Tickets are $65 (plus fees) and are available to both current High Water Festival ticket holders and the general public. To purchase tickets to the Low Tide Social, click here.
