On Friday, January 10th, The Charleston Museum will celebrate its 252nd birthday with Nighttime at the Museum, an evening of fun and adventure exclusively for the adults. Attendees can explore the galleries after hours and discover the spicier side of the Museum’s collections. Curators and special guests will be stationed throughout the galleries showcasing some of the less delicate and highly-entertaining themes not ordinarily experienced on a Museum visit.
Guests are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite character from history or animal creature from the Lowcountry’s natural environment and beyond. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes. An open bar, light bites, live music, and an evening of historical fun are included in the ticket price. This event is 21+ and runs from 7 pm to 10 pm.
RSVPs required via the Charleston Museum website.
