The Charleston Museum has announced that advance tickets for Museum Mile Month are available online now through December 31st. Beginning January 1, 2025, tickets are only available in person at Charleston Visitor Centers located downtown and in Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, and on Kiawah Island.
Museum Mile Month, occurring each January, offers a unique opportunity for visitors and locals alike to delve into Charleston’s history and culture. For one low ticket price, patrons gain month-long access to a series of historic sites and cultural organizations along a one-mile stretch of the city’s famed Meeting Street. With the Museum Mile Month Pass, visitors have the unique opportunity to explore at their own pace, allowing for a more immersive and flexible experience.
"The Museum Mile Month event is a great tradition and allows everyone to experience our city’s incredible museums, historic homes, and cultural sites,” said Carl Borick, Director of The Charleston Museum. "It's a wonderful way to start the year and we are pleased to, once again, collaborate with our colleague organizations to offer this educational opportunity to the public.”

- Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry – Must be with a child (10 and under) to be admitted Edmondston-Alston House
- Gibbes Museum of Art
- Museum at Market Hall
- Nathaniel Russell House Museum
- The Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon
- Old Slave Mart Museum
- The Powder Magazine
- The South Carolina Historical Society Museum

Tickets ordered in advance of December 31, 2024 can be mailed or held for pick-up at The Charleston Museum, the Heyward-Washington House, or the Joseph Manigault House. Please pre-purchase by December 11thto guarantee delivery before the holidays. Tickets are only valid for January 2025.
