“Imagine an evening where life is on hold and you get to indulge all of your senses….” That’s how Georgia Schrubbe describes her company’s latest venture, “Sweet and Sensual: A Pop-Up Dance and Dessert Lounge.” The event will be held on Thursday, June 25th at Jericho Advisors in Avondale from 7 pm until 10 pm. It’s a colloboration between Schrubbe’s Baila ConmiGA and Chef Danetra Richardson’s Swank Desserts. The gathering will give attendees that chance to unplug, unwind, and experience something different than a typical night at a bar. The evening will include:
- An exclusive dessert tasting from Swank Desserts that’s to be “savored and delighted in, not to feel guilty about”
- A lounge where you can learn sexy dance moves in an intimate, judgement-free setting
- The chance to learn the basics of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba with Baila ConmiGA professionals
- Popular local DJ, DJ Leo will be spinning
