Popular local folk duo Shovels & Rope (Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent) will debut a new festival in April at North Charleston’s Riverfront Park. The High Water Festival, “a celebration of music, food, and libations curated by” the band will be held on April 22 and 23, 2017.
Attendees will be treated to more than 20 musical acts across 2 stages, chef-curated dining experiences, local craft beer, wine, and cocktails. The inaugural lineup of bands features:
