In celebration of a milestone anniversary, Lipton will host the inaugural “Be More Tea” Festival on Oct. 24th at North Charleston's Riverfront Park. The music event will feature The Roots, Passion Pit, Walk the Moon, and St. Lucia.
In addition to music, the festival will also include food, drinks, games, and other attractions. One such attraction is the “tea wonderland” that celebrates the brand's past, present, and future. Ticketing information has not yet been announced.
Lipton is celebrating the 125th anniversary of Sir Thomas Lipton’s venture that brought tea – a drink that was generally reserved for the wealthy at the time – to the masses.
For 125 days (May 18th to Sept. 19th) Lipton will host the Be More Tea Sweepstakes, which will award 125 fans and guests with trips to attend the festival. Fans nationwide can visit www.BeMoreTeaFestival.com to learn more.
