If you’re looking for a unique and slightly inappropriate way to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year, a new downtown art gallery may have the perfect plan for you.
PULP, a gallery and bookstore, will open on Sunday, February 14th with an erotic art show featuring free champagne, chocolates, and a collection of adult-only art. The event will run from 7 pm until 10 pm.
The exhibition is free and will continue through March 6th. Normal gallery hours are Tuesday to Thursday 11 am – 6 pm, Friday and Saturday 11 am – 8 pm, and Sunday 12 pm – 5 pm.
The PULP bookstore will be offering signed prints, rare cinema posters, and original vintage photographs.
Beginning in March, the gallery will host film screenings on alternating Saturday nights. More details can be found at www.pulpcharleston.com.
The gallery will be located at 535 King Street .
