Peter Kfoury will host an album release event for his latest release, "The Journey Together," on Thursday, April 18th from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Park Circle Community Building in North Charleston.
Presented by The ZD Experience, this celebration will feature a brief live performance by Kfoury, a listening session of original compositions from the album, and the debut of the video for "Mussawat (True Equality)" starring Jamaican singer Audrey Martells. There will also be a Q&A portion.
Admission is free, but a donation to the Lowcountry Food Bank earns you a signed CD. You can RSVP here.
“One fan once shared with me a touching sentiment: 'You don’t play notes, you play emotions.'," Kfoury said. "And indeed, isn’t that what it’s all about? To touch your heart through the miracle of frequency and sound? Each listener’s experience is highly individualized, and I aim to transport you, evoke memories, and create a personal connection through my music. Whether I become the soundtrack to your daily chores, your companion on a journey, or even a catalyst for blissful moments, this journey is ours to share together."
