On Thursday, May 12th at 6 pm, MAIA Moms, a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to single mothers and their children, will host their 2nd Annual “More Than a Label” Fashion Show at Alhambra Hall in Mount Pleasant. The event will include a three-segment runway show, a silent auction, food, and music.
The theme for this year's runway show is “Empowering Women.” MAIA Moms say they wants to show that “how you look and feel about yourself as a woman is more than the label on your clothing.”
The show will incorporate volunteers and students from The Art Institute of Charleston.
