This fall, Charleston families are invited to explore, play, and connect with nature at the Kids Are Cool Family Festival, happening on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the Woodlands Nature Reserve. The 6,000-acre reserve will host a day of eco-conscious fun, outdoor activities, and unique experiences designed for all ages.
The Kids Are Cool Family Festival offers a full day of adventure, with activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, shark tooth hunting, hiking, arts and crafts, and biking. Kids and families can also explore interactive vendor booths, enjoy kid-friendly treats, and discover the importance of environmental stewardship. In addition to day passes, overnight camping options are available.
