Credit: Kentucky.com America's Got Talent finalist and U.S. Marine Corps veteran Jimmy Rose will perform for armed forces and their families at the Joint Base Charleston this Friday at 12:45 pm. Rose is in town for the American’s Got Talent tour which has a show at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center that same night at 7:30 pm. Rose learned how to play guitar and write his own songs while serving in Iraq, which endeared him to fans of the reality television show. Some of the other finalists will be in attendance to show their support for our military. In conjunction with Rose’s appearance, the North Charleston Performing Arts Center is offering a special military discount for the Friday night show . All military personnel (active and retired) can save $5 per ticket by showing their military ID at the Coliseum’s Advance Ticket Window. The show will include:
