The magic of the holiday season comes alive in Mount Pleasant as HALO presents the 5th Annual (our) Home for the Holidays, a beloved community tradition that started as a pandemic-era gathering and has since blossomed into one of the most anticipated events of the year. On December 14 at 4:30 pm, join internationally acclaimed performers (and Mount Pleasant residents!) Leah Edwards and Dimitri Pittas for an unforgettable evening of music and holiday spirit—all from the comfort of their front lawn. With its neighborhood roots and growing popularity, this year’s celebration promises to be the most memorable yet and possibly the final time this cherished concert will take place at its namesake home.
Featuring HALO’s signature “piano and a pickup,” (our) Home for the Holidays is a multicultural musical celebration of the winter season, blending community togetherness with exceptional artistry. Edwards and Pittas will be joined by an impressive lineup of local talent, including Alva Anderson, Fouché Sheppard, Dennis Shuman, Sam Stevenson, and an adorable children’s ensemble. Together, they’ll perform renditions of seasonal favorites alongside captivating stories that reflect Charleston’s diverse cultural heritage.
“This event is about more than music; it’s about community,” says Edwards. “Our neighbors have embraced it so fully that before we even announced this year’s date, people were asking about it to make sure they didn’t miss out.”
Why It’s a Must-See Live Event:
