Cohen's Retreat in Savannah will host their 10th Annual "Pop Up" event on November 8th and 9th, 2024. Located in Savannah’s enchanting Moon River District, this landmark gathering of artists, artisans, food lovers, and families is set to be the perfect kickoff to the holiday season. With free admission and over 75 curated vendors, the event will offer a taste of Savannah’s rich creative spirit.
This exciting gathering of art, food and community will feature more than 75 vendors, live music, family-friendly activities, and an array of local food and drink offerings throughout the historic grounds, curated to celebrate creativity and foster connection. With free entry to the public, Cohen's Retreat invites locals and visitors alike to experience the best of Savannah’s artisan culture. A full vendor list can be found HERE and includes Britt's Funky Stitch, Labels on Liberty, Mac Lucille Art, Avyrn Co., and Barbara's Shop inside the revitalized 1930s building as well as fun outdoor vendors Blue Heron Farms, Matchbox912, Ceae Shop, Lou Bangle and SeaFoam Studio. In addition, Little House Bakery will be serving up sweet treats and drip coffee throughout the day, located inside the Brown Dog Market.
On Friday, November 8, the festivities kick off with a special “Girl's Night Out” from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring live music from Cyril Durant, 20+ local vendors, drink specials, and light bites available for purchase. In addition, attendees can enjoy a fun and interactive "print your own tea towel" station hosted by Moss and Marsh.
Saturday, November 9, is the highlight of the weekend, starting with live performances by Lyn Avenue from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Junkyard Angel from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The event will showcase more than 75 vendors both inside and outside, offering everything from handcrafted goods to delicious brunch and lunch options. Families can enjoy the dedicated kids' section, complete with an art bus, face painting, and a bounce house provided by Harkelroad Rentals. Notable drink specials include selections from Service Brewing, Long Drink, and a special collaboration with The Cone Ranger - a creamsicle treat made with vanilla ice cream, and Cohen’s signature orange-infused cocktail by Fête Drink.
