The Citadel Mall is currently collecting items to donate to the Teachers' Supply Closet. You can drop off school supplies until August 12th at the lockers in Center Court ( near JCPenney).
The Teachers' Supply Closet is a non-profit organization that provides teachers with the supplies they need for their classroom, which they would regularly purchase out of pocket.
The organization’s top ten list of items includes:
- Composition Notebooks
- Copy Paper
- Crayons (24 pack)
- Folders
- Glue Sticks
- Hygiene products (tissue and hand sanitizer)
- Pencils (no. 2)
- Pink Erasers
- Scissors (children's)
- Washable Markers
