This Friday at 6 pm, the Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood will host “Halloween in the BOO-roughs,” a parade and festival.
The event starts with a parade at Brewsters Court and St. Phillips St and then proceeds to Elliotborough Park where the festival will take place. This portion of the event includes live music, costume contests, a jack o’ lantern contest, a pumpkin bake competition, a bake sale, kids activities, food trucks, and a raffle.
