Press Release
Tickets are now on sale to the public for this year's Charleston Literary Festival (CLF) featuring a highly-anticipated list of some of the world’s most celebrated thinkers and writers who will be coming to Charleston this fall.
Charleston Literary Festival, running November 4-13 in Charleston, is a beloved event for book lovers. The Festival is curated to allow festival goers to see their favorite writers in person while being exposed to a broad mix of themes, ideas, and books. In addition, through its onstage conversations, the Festival provides a much-needed opportunity for connection, dialogue, and joyful celebration in an increasingly complex world.
Programming: CLF will offer most of its events live with a small selection of online sessions featuring international authors. Programming revolves around intimate conversations on-stage between authors and interlocutors, including an opportunity for audience members to interact.
“In times of turmoil, the arts serve as a balm for the soul, bringing communities together to share ideas, laughter, and tears,” said Diana Reich, Artistic Director, Charleston Literary Festival. “Most importantly, our Literary Festival is a safe space in which to visualize different ways of living and to hear a variety of opinions, with the freedom to agree or disagree.”
