The Neighborhood Dining Group and Cathead Distillery are teaming up for Negroni Week, which is being held from September 12th to September 18th. Hosted by Imbibe and Campari, Negroni Week is celebrating its 10th year of the classic cocktail that also provides a platform for a great cause.
This year, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and Husk will each feature their own Negroni variation in support of Slow Food, a nonprofit that works to ensure access to clean, fair food.
At Delaney Oyster House, guests can enjoy a Delaney Negroni (click here to see it) made with Cathead Distillery’s newly released Bristow Gin Barrel Aged, 1-Year alongside a house infused hibiscus-orange Salers Gentiane Aperitif and Cocchi Torino.
On Johns Island, Minero is serving up the Bitter Dove (above right) their twist on a classic Negroni made with Cathead Vodka (not gin), Campari, Giffard Pamplemousse, lime, and grapefruit.
Husk will offer a Negroni 74 (below) complete with Bristow Gin, toasted coconut infused Campari, and Cynar.
