Downtown restaurant Pink Cactus will celebrate Cinco de Mayo by offering patrons $6 house margaritas. You can choose from the following flavors – coconut, pineapple, lime, mango, spicy, and more.
In other Pink Cactus news, owner/chef Brooke Warden has joined forces with dessert queen Cynthia Wong of Life Raft Treats to add spicy ice cream sandwiches to the restaurant’s dessert menu.
Guests can enjoy the Chocochang (pictured below), made with chocolate ice cream infused with a spicy boost of gojuchang, studded with crunchy bits of honeycomb, and sandwiched between a pair of thinly-sliced chocolate brownies.
