Downtown Italian eatery Indaco will begin offering weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 am until 3 pm, beginning with the inaugural brunch service on Saturday, February 12th.
The brunch menu features a selection of antipasti, including:
- Burrata Toast (below) with smashed avocado, proscuittio di parma, EVOO, and Aleppo pepper
- Ricotta Toast (right) topped with whipped ricotta, local jam, and sea salt
- Eggs in Purgatory – two eggs with spicy tomato, basil, and parmesan on toast
- Steak & Eggs – 4 oz. CAB flatiron with two sunny eggs, salsa verde, crispy fingerling potatoes, and gem salad.
Guests looking for more “lunch” than “brunch” can indulge in a selection of homemade pastas, sandwiches, and wood-fired pizzas—old favorites like the Brussels or Spicy Soppressata are now joined by new creations like the Breakfast Pie (San Marzano DOP, mozzarella, bacon, sausage, and two sunny eggs) and Cured Salmon (ricotta, mozzarella, garlic oil, scallion, and everything seasoning). The full menu is available here.
Indaco is open for dinner daily from 5 pm to 10 pm with weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. Reservations are now available via OpenTable and are highly encouraged.
