The Black Keys today announced that they will bring their “Dropout Boogie Tour” to the newly-renovated Credit One Stadium, formerly the Volvo Car Stadium, on Tuesday, August 30th. They’ll be joined by special guests Band of Horses and Early James. Tickets go on sale February 4th at 10 am.
The Black Keys rose to prominence in 2010 with the release of Brothers, which won three Grammy Awards. Their 2011 follow-up, El Camino, peaked at number two on the Billboard 200 chart. The album and its hit single “Lonely Boy” won three Grammy Awards. In 2014, they released their eighth album, Turn Blue, their first number-one record in the US, Canada, and Australia. The Black Keys released their tenth studio album, Delta Kream, in 2021.
Band of Horses, who are now based in Charleston, has released five studio albums, including 2006’s Gold-certified Everything All the Time and 2010’s Grammy-nominated Infinite Arms. Some of their most popular singles include “The Funeral,” “”No One’s Gonna Love You,” and “Laredo.”
Early James is an American singer-songwriter who is signed to Easy Eye Sound, the studio-label of Black Keys’ guitarist Dan Auerbach.
