Home Team BBQ is bringing back Rock the Block, their annual Hogs for the Cause fundraiser and block party, on Saturday, February 26th from 11 am to 5 pm in front of their downtown location. The event's mission is to raise funds and awareness for families affected by pediatric brain cancer through the support and donation of Hogs for the Cause.
“What we really love about Rock the Block is we get to put together everything we do well to raise money for a great cause,” said Aaron Siegel, Chief Operation Partner/Pitmaster.
Rock the Block features award-winning guest chefs, cold beers, craft cocktails, kids activities, and a VIP area. Guests can enjoy three live acts with the opportunity to purchase food and drinks. All proceeds from tickets and food sales will be donated directly to Hogs for the Cause, an organization that offers financial and other support to families battling pediatric brain cancer. For more information, visit hogsforthecause.org. A suggested donation of $10 is recommended for general admission guests. Raffle tickets can also be purchased for a chance to win a variety of prizes.
This year’s music lineup will be headlined by Southern Avenue and also includes The Pink Stones and Travers Brothership.

For the VIP experience, guests may purchase tickets ($200 per guest) to the VIP Lounge where adult tickets will include all-you-can-enjoy bites from VIP chefs and an open bar. Children's VIP tickets ($35) include all-you-can-eat food from the participating chefs or kiddos can choose items from the kids’ menu.
