The High Water Festival, a two-day celebration of music, food, and libations created by local folk duo Shovels & Rope, today announced their 2022 lineup. The event will return to North Charleston's Riverfront Park after a two-year hiatus on April 23rd and 24th, 2022. The 2020 and 2021 versions of the event were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
