Shovels & Rope have sent out the save the dates! The High Water Festival, a two-day celebration of music, food, and libations curated by the popular local folk duo, on Wednesday announced that it will return to North Charleston's Riverfront Park after a two-year hiatus on April 23rd and 24th, 2022. The 2020 and 2021 versions of the event were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
