The Honey Hive, a late night “desserterie” planning to open on King Street next month, will host a preview event on Friday, September 17th at 7 pm. They will hold a ticketed event showcasing seven sweet and savory courses paired with wine.
Menu highlights include their Duck Boudin Cappelletti with heirloom tomato sugo, baby eggplant, basil, and oak barrel aged sherry vinegar; and their Hummingbird Petit Gateau with pecan pain de genes, banana mousse, caramelized pineapple, salted caramel, candied pecans, and pineapple chips.
