The Daniel Island Market & Eatery, also known as The DIME, is set to open its doors at 30 River Landing Drive on Monday, February 15th at 8 am. Managed and operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, The DIME will provide baked pastries and coffees in a café setting.
Situated within The Waterfront, a new mixed-use community from East West Partners, The DIME will offer latte art, baked goods, and grab-and-go market items, complete with views of the adjacent park and Wando River.
The menu features a selection of classic espresso drinks, craft coffee, matcha, and tea, as well as milk alternatives and housemade syrups allowing guests to customize their caffeinated beverages. The DIME’s artisanal coffee beans will come from local, small-batch roaster Springbok Coffee.
In addition to a variety of specialty beverages, including made-to-order Hustle smoothies, guests can enjoy made-from-scratch pastries, takeaway sandwiches, and a rotating dessert menu ranging from housemade gelato to affogato and cookie sandwiches.
The waterfront café features an open and airy interior with floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the coffee bar, the space boasts retail offerings, including a curated selection of wines, snacks, and grab-and-go market items. Outside, an outdoor patio area provides al fresco dining options.
The café will be open daily from 8 am until 4 pm. For more information, visit The DIME’s website.
