Hamby Catering is now accepting orders for its new Holiday To Go menu, featuring a variety of festive dishes, drinks, and desserts. Holiday orders come packed and ready to go, so all patrons have to do is pick up, heat, and serve.
The Jingle Bells Classic Cocktail Party Package ($175) feeds 12 guests. This package comes with:
- Rosemary Roasted Loin of Pork (sliced for sandwiches) with French Bread, Artichoke Relish, Grain Mustard + Mayo
- Cheddar Chive Biscuits
- Hamby Chicken Salad Tea Sandwiches
- Cold Boiled Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce + Lemon
- Chef's Selection of Hamby Holiday Sweets (Ex. Cranberry Orange Pinwheels, Peanut Butter Bites, Red Velvet Crinkles, Ginger Snaps, Pecan Sandies, Bourbon Balls)
Jingle Bells Packages can be upgraded for an additional $170, which includes Tenderloin of Beef (in lieu of Pork Loin).
Hamby is also offering a lighter option, the Heritage Holiday Eats Package ($135). This package serves 12 and includes the following:
- Hamby Tea Sandwiches (Chicken Salad, Pimento Cheese + Shrimp Salad)
- Blanched Asparagus + Dill Sauce
- Muscadine BBQ Meatballs
- Spinach Artichoke Dip + Petite Toasts
- Mini Tomato Pies

Hamby Catering has partnered with the experts at Curated Selections to create a holiday wine list, featuring seasonal red and white pairings. Patrons can choose from the La Petite Roche Sparkling ($24), King + Cannon Pinot Noir ($24), Alice Verdeca ($20) or Willowbrook Chardonnay ($21).
Hamby Catering is accepting holiday orders now online, via phone at 843-725-4035 and by e-mail at info@hambycatering.com. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
The holiday menu is available throughout December, but the final day to order before Christmas is Monday, 12/21 at 5 pm. The last day to pick up orders before Christmas is Thursday, 12/24 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Market in West Ashley (925 St. Andrews Blvd). Hamby Catering is also accepting orders for its New Year's Day To Go Menu.
Hamby Catering will close early on Christmas Eve (open 9 am to 1p m) and will be closed Friday, 12/25 through Sunday, 12/27. The Market will resume normal hours on Monday, 12/28.
