About three months after shuttering their Mt. Pleasant and Summerville locations, Sticky Fingers has closed its downtown Charleston restaurant at 235 Meeting Street. This means there are no longer any Sticky Fingers in the Charleston area, and the Greenville restaurant is the only location remaining in South Carolina.
On Sunday, passersby saw For Sale signs on one of the downtown location’s windows advertising a “marquee restaurant/space.” Interested parties were directed to www.235meeting.com for more information.
The restaurant’s listing on the official Sticky Fingers website had also been removed.
The Mount Pleasant location, which closed in June, was the first Sticky Fingers to open when it debuted in 1992. The Meeting Street restaurant had served the downtown community for over two decades.
