Duvall Catering & Events on Monday announced the launch of a new division of its catering business,”Table & Twine by Duvall Catering.”
The business says, Table & Twine “blends the quality and taste of chef prepared meals with the convenience of home dining. The goal is an easy, fresh, and flexible dining experience for individuals and families to enjoy at their own tables.”
Table & Twine has a rotating schedule of freshly prepped items to be finished at home. Some menu options include: artisan street tacos, braised short ribs, grilled citrus salmon, charcuterie boards, and cocktail mixes. Most meals can be finished and served within 15 minutes.
“This is an exciting new chapter for us as we expand our offerings to our customers and the Charleston community,” James Fox, executive chef of Duvall Catering & Events, said. “We created our menus with lowcountry specialties in mind. From a staple dish like shrimp and grits to a grilled seasonal catch, we brought local flavors to the table that my family and friends enjoy, and I look forward to sharing these favorites with our patrons.”
Options include dinner entrees, breakfast choices, appetizers, cocktail mixes, desserts, seasonal grilling packages, and kids’ meals. Selections will stay fresh for three to five days, allowing for a full week of meals to be stored and eaten when the time is right. Duvall’s floral and décor division also will create seasonal floral arrangements and bouquets to complement any special occasion.
Orders placed 48 hours in advance are available for pickup or delivery on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Table & Twine’s pickup location is the Duvall Event Center at 2816 Azalea Drive in Charleston. Delivery is available to home or office for varying prices throughout the city.
