CO, the downtown restaurant serving their take on Southeast Asian cuisine, will celebrate seven years in business by offering its signature noodle dish, Curry Laksa, for $7. The dish will be available all day (11 am to 10 pm) on Monday, April 22nd.
This traditional Malaysian dish consists of shredded chicken and bun rice noodles served in a spicy coconut broth with cucumber, thai basil, & baby bok choy and typically costs $15. The entire CO menu will be available during this promotion and diners taking advantage of this offer will be able to customize their Curry Laksa with various add-ons such as shrimp or pork belly for an additional charge. To receive the special pricing, customers must dine-in.
