Downtown restaurant Tradd’s recently announced that Brandon Buck, formerly Chef de Cuisine, will now serve as Executive Chef. Buck has been with Rockit Hospitality (Tradd’s, Fleet Landing) since 2017 and was part of the opening team at Tradd’s.
Former chef Drew Hedlund has transitioned into the role of Director of Culinary Operations for Rockit Hospitality, and will oversee all kitchen operations and staffing at both Tradd’s and Fleet Landing.
