The brewery will be serving up four beers that pair perfectly with four bacon-influenced dishes from Swig & Swine’s Mobile Kitchen, including popular selections from last year – the one-year barrel aged Over Boar’d Maple Bacon Stout and the bacon weave s’mores cooked over a Cowboy Cauldron. Rusty Bull describes a Bacon Weave S’more as a treat with “gooey marshmallows and decadent chocolate inside thick, juicy pieces of bacon woven together.”
Pairings will be available from 5 pm through 9 pm for those who purchase a ticket at www.rustybullbrewing.com/tickets and then while supplies last for walk-ups. Food includes: Bacon Burnt Ends, Bacon Pastrami Sliders, Bacon Corn Dogs, and the aforementioned Bacon Weave S’mores (below).
In addition, Glazed Gourmet Doughnuts has created some Boozy Maple Bacon Doughnuts (made with Over Boar’d; right) which will be available starting at 3 pm (while supplies last).
There will also be live music from the Mike Freund Band (3:30 pm to 6:30 pm) and bruer (7 pm to 10 pm).
